摘要: We develop a theory of resonant inelastic x-ray scattering (RIXS) at the $K$ edge in La$_2$CuO$_4$ on basis Keldysh Green's function formalism. In our previous analysis (Phys. Rev. B 71, 035110 (2005)), by core-hole potential was treated within Born approximation, and crude-model density states used for $4p$ band. improve taking account multiple Cu3d-O$2p$ bands using realistic DOS obtained from band calculation. The effect is evaluated with use time representation developed Nozi\`eres De Dominicis. It found that makes $K$-edge peak absorption coefficient shift to lower energy region as photon energy, is, required excite $1s$ electron reduces. also multiple-scattering does not change two-peak structure RIXS spectra but modifies slightly shape loss. These findings suggests could mainly be included into renormalization core-level partly justify leading future application three-dimensional systems.
