摘要: Although historically research has focused on transcription as the central governor of protein expression, translation is now increasingly being recognized a major factor for determining levels within cells. The nervous system relies efficient updating landscape. Thus, coordinated regulation mRNA localization, initiation, or termination essential proper brain function. In particular, dendritic synthesis plays key role in synaptic plasticity underlying learning and memory well cognitive processes. Increasing evidence suggests that impaired common feature found numerous psychiatric disorders. this review, we describe how malfunction contributes to development diseases, including schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, addiction.
