摘要: The resonant enhancement in photoelectron spectra at the 4d edges of rare earth atoms and metals is also found yield desorbed ions from surfaces oxides Sm, Eu Yb following photon excitation. analysis → 4f resonance leads to a picture an indirect mechanism ion desorption which mainly caused by flux energetic photoelectrons bulk. In this case dominant through secondary processes limits use photon-stimulated (PSD) determine type atom desorbing species was attached.
