摘要: Electrical transport properties of poly (3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) (6,6)-phenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) solar cells, with and without encapsulation, have been investigated analyzed using admittance spectroscopy capacitance voltage measurements at different temperatures. The clearly reveals two defect states activation energies 53 100 meV, a concentration ten times higher in the unencapsulated sample. These defects seem to strong effect on charge cell performance when they are present high concentration, since lead decrease mobility also short-circuit current efficiency. origin these has assigned reaction blend O2 which is known induce p-type doping pure P3HT. In an attempt understand organic performance, modeling simulation were carried out effective medium layer model gave good agreement results.
