摘要: The paper presents important measurement approaches in the field of costumer satisfaction with services and applies those empirically for service bundles at level tourism destination. After working out most prominent characteristics existing concepts according to American Scandinavian school thought, latter will be critically evaluated its potential practical use measuring guest satisfaction. Based on this preparatory work, Importance‐Performance Analysis, Implicit Importance Analysis Penalty‐Reward‐Contrast are implemented show that differing models lead varying results hence, ambiguous implications destination management. However, due model parsimony methodical stringency retained as valuable instrument tourist concludes management destinations a brief outlook further research.
