摘要: We study the Josephson effect in ballistic double-barrier SIFIS planar junctions, consisting of bulk superconductors (S), a clean metallic ferromagnet (F), and insulating interfaces (I). solve scattering problem based on Bogoliubov-de Gennes equations derive general expression for dc current, valid arbitrary interfacial transparency Fermi wave vectors mismatch (FWVM). consider coherent regime which quasiparticle transmission resonances contribute significantly to Andreev process. The current is calculated various parameters junction, influence both FWVM analyzed. For thin layers strong finite transparency, we find that (geometrical) oscillations maximum are superimposed related crossovers between 0 π states. same case temperature-induced 0- transition occurs if junction very close crossover at zero temperature.
