摘要: PURPOSE OF THE STUDY The purpose of the study was to assess role significant risk factors and develop a risk-group category related trabeculectomy (Trab) failure. MATERIALS AND METHODS A retrospective cohort developed between January 2009 June 2014. In total, 120 eyes included in this had glaucoma diagnosis undergone Trab with mitomycin. main outcome measures were surgical success failure rate. Multivariate (Cox proportional hazards regression model) analyses used examine predictive value factors. build based on number for patients. group tested using Kaplan-Meier method log-rank test. RESULTS With median follow-up 33 months (3 72 mo), complete 1, 2, 3, 4 years 82%, 63.5%, 52%, 27.6%, respectively. probability freedom from 88%, 84.5%, 78%, 70% years, Glaucoma type (P=0.008), previous ophthalmic surgery (P=0.04), medication use ≥3 (P=0.010) pre-Trab (P=0.038) identified as 3 93%, 83%, 37.6% (P=0.003), low (no factors), intermediate (1 2 high-risk factors). CONCLUSIONS mitomycin produces satisfactory intraocular pressure control over time. However, several influence efficacy procedure. Our data show that there seems exist an additive effect among similar pathophysiology.
