摘要: The problems of esophageal motility disorder after successful repair EA or in cases isolated CES warrants further investigations. Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) is expected to play a wider diagnostic role for and its subtypes the future. Large series patients are required from multi centers reach unified consensus managing CES. Emerging procedures like peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM) stenting encouraging be used children probably infants. Specially designed stents available Novel fully covered (biodegradable) will developed with optimal characteristics refractory benign stricture (RBES) management. Stents have sufficiently high radial force elasticity reduce risk stent migration tissue ingrowth, but also low axial force, reducing severe adverse events fistula formation. A combination currently modalities can together such as electrocautery incisions stenting. Prospective trials demonstrate long-term efficacy safety. Better quality improvement techniques protocols hold hopes better results without complications.
