摘要: Unsuspected gallbladder cancer after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) is a that was previously manipulated by technique. The reported incidence 0.3-1% and became an emerging problem as the popularity of LC increased. Lack reliable data could address outcome reresection or nonreresection patients standard management. This study reviewed single center experience in managing unsuspected between July 1, 1992 2000 who had at least 2 years follow-up. There were 11 (0.6%) postoperatively diagnosed with 1825 LCs. Group A included three (28%) nontransmural invasion, group B four (36%) transmural invasion without secondary surgical intervention, C reresection. perioperation parameters strategies collected compared. review literature performed simultaneously, we concluded needs no further treatment; however, aggressive beneficial to cancer, prevention bile spillage during should be goal every surgeon.
