摘要: The authors describe a simple low temperature method for fabricating low-loss singlemode integrated optical directional coupler in photosensitive, hybrid, organically modified sol-gel silica glass. fabrication process is appealing its simplicity, entailing few steps and using elementary photodefinition to give robust, mechanically rigid devices.
