摘要: Internal and external factors are examined as mediational processes and/or coping strategies that link four aspects of women's rape experiences to the initial lasting effects on their post-rape adjustment, attitude toward sex intimacy, lifestyle changes prevent future assaults. Data from a multiethnic community sample 55 women who had been victims or attempted rape. A measured observed variable simultaneous path analysis model was used test relationships among traumatic circumstances, mediators, outcome variables. More self-blame, high involvement police other agencies, greater number repeated rapes per incident, severity abuse predicted negative attitudes intimacy. The implications these findings discussed they relate barriers in disclosing completed incidents
