Development of ultrafine-grained Al 6063 alloy by cryorolling with the optimized initial heat treatment conditions

摘要: Abstract The effects of rolling temperature and strain on the microstructural refinement Al 6063 alloy are investigated in present work by employing electron back scattered diffraction (EBSD) analysis, transmission microscope (TEM) investigations, X-ray (XRD) analysis. solution treated bulk samples subjected to cryorolling room produce sheets with different levels such as 0.4, 2.3 3.8, respectively. Prior rolling, initial conditions treatment temperature, sample immersion duration time, liquid nitrogen, before optimized using EBSD TEM hardness test, tensile test. It is observed that formation recrystallized ultrafine-grains high angle grain boundaries occurs at value 3.8. However, case rolled samples, sub-grains not even up
