摘要: HLA-G is an immune tolerant with seven isoforms. expression was observed to be associated tumor cell escaping, invasion and metastasis, poor prognosis in cancer patients. Different types of isoforms could expressed clinical settings when meet different cellular environmental conditions. Lesion total detected by the monoclonal antibody (mAb) 4H84 widely investigated previous studies, while specific such as HLA-G5/-G6 remains clarified. In this study, 118 primary ovarian lesions were probed mAb 5A6G7 which recognizes performed immunohistochemistry. Data showed that 79.7% (94/118) these lesions, where 75.7% (53/70) serous, 63.6% (7/11) mucinous cystadenocarcinoma 100% (11/11) endometrioid adenocarcinoma, 85.7% (6/7) clear carcinoma, (10/10) sex cord-stromal 77.8% (7/9) germ tumors. However, lesion unrelated histological type, patient age, FIGO stage survival. Unlike expression, no significance study. Our findings indicated might have biological functions malignancies.
