摘要: The aim of this study was to describe an high-performance liquid chromatographic assay for the simultaneous determination two HIV protease inhibitors, saquinavir and ritonavir, in human serum. method involved extraction ritonavir from serum with aid solid-phase C18 cartridges followed by chromatography a C8 column ultraviolet detection set at wavelength 240 nm. linear has been validated over concentrations range 0.5-32 microg/ml 0.075-4.8 saquinavir, 600 microl extracted. In future, will be used support population pharmacokinetic studies, therapeutic drug monitoring saquinavir.
