摘要: Abstract The agglutination of lymphocytes by lectins (Concanavalin A, phytohemagglutinin and pokeweed mitogen) is studied with fluorochrome-labelled fluorescence microscopy. Both agglutinated non-agglutinated cells pick up similar amounts as judged their equivalence cell membrane brightness. At the level resolution optical microscopy no difference can be detected in distribution bound or cells. However a profound inhibition inhibitors capping process (sodium azide cytochalasin B) suggests involvement step that requires active metabolism microfilament function.
