摘要: The applicability of different ionization techniques, electrospray (ESI), atmospheric pressure chemical (APCI), and a novel photoionization (APPI), were tested for the identification phase II metabolites apomorphine, dobutamine, entacapone in rat urine vitro incubation mixtures (rat hepatocytes human liver microsomes).
