摘要: Abstract We determined the chemosensitizer effect of phenazine dioxide derivatives to cisplatin and possible mechanism action on bladder cancer cells. Anti-proliferative activity nine in presence or absence was evaluated two tumor human cells T24 253 J one non cell line V79-4. The sensitizer combined treatment by chromosomal aberrations micronucleus test. A compounds as HDACi also investigated.The 2c with induced a cycle arrest resensitize invasive resistant line.
