摘要: Abstract A new fluorescent probe based on the cleavage of disulfide bond and subsequent intramolecular cyclization process was designed for detection H 2 S. The selectivity guaranteed by use unique nucleophilicity impacts biological thiols were neglectable could lead to a fluorescence emission band different from S with longer response time. also applied detect in living cells successfully.
