摘要: This chapter reviews the boron isotopic composition of ocean floor, including pristine igneous oceanic crust such as mid-ocean ridge basalts and island their implications for B mantle. The further discusses effects assimilation altered crustal materials in mantle-derived magmas. systematics seawater alteration on rocks are discussed, sediments, serpentinization ultramafic respective marine hydrothermal vent fluids. concludes with a discussion secular evolution seawater.
