摘要: Three metal powders of Mg, an Al-Mg alloy (AM) and Al are characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) techniques. This study focuses on the reactions with flowing steam heated at 600°C, 700°C, 800°C, 900°C in a transparent pipe furnace. The phases solid reaction products analyzed XRD, residual content ignition delay times measured. experimental results revealed that Mg AM ignite burn 600°C steam; however, do not even 900°C. time was shorter than powders. does react completely when temperature reached 900°C; unreacted (13.9%) much less (82.2%) combustion process is divided into three stages: ...
