摘要: Substance use disorders (SUDs) are a pervasive public health problem with deleterious consequences for individuals, families, and society. Furthermore, SUD intervention is complicated by the continuous possibility of relapse. Despite decades research, relapse rates remain high, underscoring need more effective treatments. Scientific findings indicate that SUDs driven dysregulation neural processes underlying reward learning executive functioning. Emerging evidence suggests mindfulness training can target these neurocognitive mechanisms to produce significant therapeutic effects on prevent The purpose this manuscript review cognitive, affective, mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) SUDs. We discuss etiology addiction related development maintenance then explore supporting MBIs intervening in preventing Finally, we provide clinical recommendations about how might be applied
