Resilience of the natural phyllosphere microbiota of the grapevine to chemical and biological pesticides

摘要: The phyllosphere is colonized by complex microbial communities, which are adapted to the harsh habitat. Although role and ecology of nonpathogenic microorganisms only partially understood, leaf microbiota could have a beneficial in plant growth health. Pesticides biocontrol agents frequently applied grapevines, but impact on nontarget has been marginally considered. In this study, we investigated effect chemical fungicide (penconazole) biological control agent (Lysobacter capsici AZ78) grapevine at three locations. Amplicons 16S rRNA gene internal transcribed spacer were sequenced for bacterial fungal identification, respectively. Pyrosequencing analysis revealed that richness diversity populations minimally affected treatments tested, they mainly differed according Indigenous communities environmental biotic factors areas where grapevines grown, resilient tested. properties against downy mildew among locations not treatments, suggesting be improved with agronomic practices enrich vineyards.
