摘要: The mechanism of the effects subclinical mastitis (SM) at glandular level in dairy goats on milk yield and its composition as expressed curd (Yc) was studied. Twenty-five Israeli various crossbreeds were chosen; one udder half naturally infected with identified coagulase-negative staphylococci, contralateral gland free bacteria. halves significantly lower than that uninfected ones. Somatic cell count N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosaminidase activity higher halves. lactose concentration glands ones, casein concentrations did not differ, whey protein albumin glands. Plasmin glands, whereas plasminogen undetectable. Concentrations Ca2+ proteose peptone 1.5 times great Yc halves, clotting time longer. mechanisms SM sheep are discussed compared.
