摘要: Recent studies based on multivariate analysis have identified cytologic features that may be of value in the diagnosis malignancy bile duct brushings. We sought to assess reproducibility and accuracy these criteria. Three different observers used 4 sets criteria included 9 review 165 brushing specimens with available follow-up data. An overall assessment evaluation for presence chromatin clumping had excellent (3-way kappa values 0.708 0.629, respectively). Evaluation enlarged nuclei, increased nuclear:cytoplasmic ratio, nuclear molding, loss honeycombing showed moderate reproducibility. was a better predictor than any other criteria, sensitivity 36.2% specificity 95%. Retrospective demonstrated clumping, either molding or similar as (sensitivity = 35.2%, 95%). are reproducible accurately predict
