Enhancing Health Care Delivery through Ambient Intelligence Applications

摘要: This paper presents the implementation of a smart environment that employs Ambient Intelligence technologies in order to augment typical hospital room with features assist both patients and medical staff. In this various wireless wired sensor have been integrated, allowing patient control interact facilities, while clinically oriented interface allows for vital sign monitoring. The developed applications are presented from patient's doctor's perspective, offering different services depending on user's role. results evaluation process illustrate need such service, leading important conclusions about usefulness crucial role AmI health care.
