摘要: Abstract Dithiocarbamates have been regarded as alternative anchor groups to thiols on gold surfaces, and claimed be formed in situ through the reaction between secondary amines carbon disulphide. In this paper, we further exploit methodology for a convenient one step biomolecule immobilisation onto surfaces. First, reactivity CS2 electroactive compounds containing amines, primary (dopamine), (epinephrine), an amino acid (tryptophan) has investigated by electrochemical methods. Cyclic voltammetric characterisation of modified electrodes confirmed all target compounds, allowing estimation their surface concentration. The best result was obtained with epinephrine, amine, which typical quasi-reversible behaviour confined species could clearly depicted. Electrochemical reductive desorption studies enabled infer extent relative stability generated monolayers. Bio-functionalisation accomplished glucose oxidase aqueous medium, catalytic activity immobilised enzyme evaluated towards glucose, methods presence redox mediator. Scanning tunnelling microscopy (STM) Atomic force (AFM) were used respectively, characterize Glucose Oxidase coverage distribution
