摘要: The site-specific restriction endonucleases isolated from Hemophilus influenzae strains Rc (HincII) and Rd (HindII + III), parainfluenzae (HpaI) were used to digest bacteriophage lambda DNA into 34, 40, 15 specific fragments, respectively. sites cleaved by each of these enzymes localized on the physical map fragments resulting cleavages electrophoretically identified gels (1) analysis digestion profiles deletion transducing derivatives lambda; (2) digesting individual produced one endonuclease with another endonuclease. This paper presents HindII, HindIII, HpaI fragment maps for entire genome, data derive region genome between attachment site (at 57.3% lambda) right vegetative end (100% lambda). mapping left arm may be found in accompanying (Robinson Landy, 1977).
