摘要: By determining the release of various enzymes in serum, it was possible to distinguish between ischemic damage resulting from surgical procedure and by rejection process canine renal transplantation. The enzyme during preceded an increase lysosomal N-acetyl-B-glucosaminidase activity. Serum-N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase activity also elevated skin grafts rats. elevation this suppressed intraperitoneally injected Imuran. serum did not secondarily autografts. Based upon observation that normal guinea pig contains N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase activities tenfold higher than other animals, properties were investigated diluted inhibition studies performed.
