摘要: Abstract A retrospective literature analysis, of cases where both coefficient variation (COV values for endothelial cell area and central corneal thickness (CCT) has been reported, shows that is greater postoperatively when an increased COV observed. This relation not, however, seen either normal endothelia or those subjected to various types contact lens wear. Furthermore, unlike the surgery in aged cornea (where larger cells are more prevalent), lens-exposed corneas may exhibit disproportionately higher numbers smaller cells. Modeling studies on a nontesselated mosaic (generated from rabbit cells) were used demonstrate use ambiguous. ambiguity means changes at least some wearers compared older patients postsurgical not be apparent. The continued thus recommended.
