摘要: Mangroves are considered as natural nurseries and  classified permanent protected areas. The study area is the municipal ecological site of Ilha do Lameirao, covering 891.83 ha mangrove forest. This area  persistently suffers from anthropic pressure. For this reason, there need to monitor microbiological characteristics recognition of  the main factors involved in degradation mangroves process. was done year 2014. Samples were taken every month during  dry rainy seasons. Two areas (Maria Ortiz Canal dos Escravos) chosen based on degree their vulnerability  to results show a contamination both water and Crassostrea rhizophorae tissues, mainly samples Maria Ortiz. According results, Escravos estuary, known Class 1 an environment that able maintain aquatic communities fishing activities. In oyster tissues, microorganism strains indicate pathogens which cause diseases humans identified.   Key words: Environmental quality, microbiology, anthropic, pollution, oyster.
