Two‐layered construction of integrated optical circuits and formation of thin‐film prisms, lenses, and reflectors

摘要: We have demonstrated a new form of two‐layered construction optical circuits. In this method, thin‐film devices are covered by single continuous layer light‐guiding film which serves as the interconnections well input and output terminals. also prisms, lenses, novel corner reflector in type structure.
