Sintering and Microwave Dielectric Properties Of Ba 2 Ti 9 O 20 Ceramics Prepared by Precursor Method

摘要: The phase development process of Ba₂Ti 9 O 20 ceramics is not clearly known and frequently accompanies second phases which deteriorate dielectric properties. In synthesizing ceramics, in order to trace the reaction sequence during conventional solid-state BaO-TiO₂ system, different barium sources BaCO₃ BaTiO₃ precursor were used as starting materials. From analysis XRD patterns, secondary could be identified depending on source used, might mean that equilibrium system are very difficult synthesized. Because pre-cursor provides short diffusion paths ions, revealed less solid state reaction. BaO-xSm₂ O₃-4.5TiO₂ using sources, developed also. Microstructure properties examined discussed terms development.
