摘要: A general structure of trellis-based reduced-state soft-input/soft-output (RS-SISO) algorithms for communication systems based on concatenated finite state machines (FSMs) with large memory is presented. Based forward and backward (RS) recursions, a particular the RS-SISO algorithm can be obtained by setting suitable parameters in formulation. Two novel are proposed bi-directional reduction paradigm. To assess performance algorithms, numerical simulations conducted isolated long intersymbol interference additive white Gaussian noise (ISI/AWGN) channels serially system given interleaved trellis coded modulation (TCM) over an ISI/AWGN channel. Simulation results show that low-complexity approach full-state SISO algorithm. Moreover, one found to robust all considered cases.
