摘要: Precancerous changes have been divided into two groups: A precancerous condition is a generalized state associated with significantly increased risk of cancer; lesion morphologically altered tissue in which cancer more likely to occur than its apparently normal counterpart. [Definition WHO-meeting (Can. 73.1)]. The present report includes only lesions. Regarding the broad spectrum such lesions human stomach, nothing should be said here about significance atrophic gastritis as possible condition, morphologically, nor shall different types polypoid general, discussed. problem intestinal metaplasia being connected possibly gastric carcinoma will mentioned view next paper (Correa, see p. 83).
