摘要: In this paper, Aluminum nitride (AlN) nanoparticles from solid state reaction of diaminomaleonitrile (DN) with aluminum (Al) are synthesized by plasma assisted high energy ball milling (p-milling). The structure and morphology the p-milling products characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier Transform infra red (FT-IR), Differential scanning calorimetry Thermal gravimetry (DSC–TG). XRD results show a correlation between time crystallite size, lattice distortion, specific surface area, conversion rate AlN. About 90% AlN has been obtained area can reach 52 m2 g−1 at 14 h. FT-IR measurements starts deammoniation DN molecules, followed formation powder as main after 8 h. DSC–TG indicate that to disintegrate 180 °C 450 °C elimination N–H C≡N groups, continue increasing temperature leads 673 °C. activation Al mixture is calculated Kissinger equation about 353.5 kJ/mol. Meanwhile, mechanism in process also investigated.
