摘要: In order to screen dye decolorization by Trametes hirsuta , gibbosa and new fungus Trichaptum biforme Methylene Blue (MB), Methyl Green (MG) Reactive Black 5 (RB5) were studied in Broth culture at concentrations of 25, 50 70 ppm. Decolorization these three kind dyes T. decreased increasing concentration. RB5 was examined two different medium contains Mn 2+ or veratryl alcohol (VA), as activators. At the presence laccase activator decolorized 91% concentration ppm, MnP (Mn ), less than 50% same more ). MB, MG 80% activator. independent during 20 days did it 32 days, this is due higher potential synthetic for . MB Rate other fungi.
