摘要: We report on a III-V Silicon distributed Bragg reflector laser with adiabatic coupling operating continuous wave at 1547 nm. The lasing threshold 20 °C and the maximum output power are 17 mA 15 mW, respectively. fiber-coupled is higher than 4 mW. device directly modulated generates open eye-diagram up to 12.5 Gb/s.
