摘要: European studies of biliary atresia have suggested that the aetiology is heterogeneous. Histological liver and remnants excised at portoenterostomy failed to identify any prognostic features except for size bile ductules in porta hepatis. Most major series confirmed there a relationship between age clearance jaundice which has been achieved more than 67% infants under 10 weeks age. Cholangitis reduced survival bleeding from esophageal varices occurred 19% long-term survivors. The 5-year jaundice-free rate after 37% year 18%. It predicted these rates will improve. Orthotopic transplantation now results 70% patients who fail operation majority children born with atresia.
