摘要: LightCycler technology combines rapid-cycle polymerase chain reaction with real-time fluorescent monitoring and melting curve analysis. Since its introduction in 1997, it is now used many areas of molecular pathology, including oncology (solid tumors hematopathology), inherited disease, infectious disease. By product accumulation during rapid amplification, quantitative a closed-tube system possible 15 to 30 minutes. Furthermore, analysis probes and/or amplicons provides genotyping even haplotyping. Novel mutations are identified by unexpected temperature or shape changes. Melting probe designs include adjacent hybridization probes, single labeled unlabeled snapback primers. High-resolution allows mutation scanning detecting all heterozygous This review describes the major advances throughout last years regarding application clinical laboratories.
