摘要: The association between chronic inflammation and cancer is now well established. This has recently received renewed interest with the recognition that microbial pathogens can be responsible for observed in many cancers, particularly those originating gastrointestinal system. A prime example Helicobacter pylori, which infects 50% of world’s population known to inducing gastric progresses atrophy, metaplasia, dysplasia, cancer. Review provides an overview recent progress elucidating bacterial properties colonization stomach, persistence triggering inflammation, as host factors have a role determining whether gastritis We also discuss how increased understanding relationship still leaves questions unanswered regarding recommendations prevention treatment.
