摘要: We discuss unique mechanisms typical in the elementary processes ofbiological functions. focus on three topics. Excitation energytransfer light-harvesting antenna systems of photosyntheticbacteria is its structure and energy transfer mechanism. Inthe case LH2 Rhodopseudomonas acidophila, B850 intra-ringenergy inter-ring between B800 B850take place by intermediate coupling mechanism transfer. Theexcitonic coherent domain shows a wave-like movement along ring, andthis property expected to play significant role inter-ringenergy LH2's. The electron biological systemsis mostly long-range that occurs electrontunneling through protein media. There long-standing problem thatwhich part media used for tunneling root. As aresult our detailed analysis, we found global tunnelingroot little winded with width few angstrom, reflecting theproperty tertiary secondary structures it isaffected thermal fluctuation structure. Photoisomerizationof rhodopsin very unique: cis-transphotoisomerization ofrhodopsin only around C11 = C12 bond counterclockwisedirection. Its molecular resolved MD simulation studyusing which was recently obtained X-raycrystallographic analysis.
