摘要: Frequency-stable operation of a diode-pumped continuous-wave optical parametric oscillator (OPO) RbTiOAsO4 is demonstrated. Piezoelectric and fast electro-optic control the length two-mirror OPO cavity (resonant for pump idler waves) compensates thermal changes in refractive index crystal (induced by absorption light) acoustic perturbations length. Pumped 405 mW 810-nm output GaAlAs master-oscillator-tapered-amplifier diode laser system, generates power-stable single-frequency signal wave at 1.24 µm with an 84 spectral bandwidth less than 10 MHz.
