摘要: Purpose: The vesicoureteral reflux index is a novel tool designed to predict spontaneous resolution in infants younger than 2 years. We performed multi-institutional validation study confirm the discriminatory power of rate young children.Materials and Methods: identified patients diagnosed with primary before age 24 months who had or more voiding cystourethrograms available. Demographics, grade timing, ureteral anomalies radiographic outcomes were evaluated. C-index was estimated for time event model assessment.Results: A total 219 girls 150 boys met inclusion criteria.
