摘要: Obsessive—compulsive disorder (OCD) can develop early in life. The classical psychiatric and psychoanalytic literature contains detailed clinical descriptions of the young children. Janet reported a case obsessional neurosis 5-year-old boy (Janet, 1903), Freud’s famous patient, Rat Man, had his first symptoms around age 6 (Freud, 1909).
