摘要: This paper tries to cast a theoretical bridge between two important phenomena which have characterised the evolution of advanced capitalist countries over second half this century: namely, shift from so-called golden age "unstable" macroeconomic environment '70s and '80s, reversal long run pattern development size distribution industrial firms, firstly oriented towards growing relevance big business, then turning into what has been called "the re-emergence small scale production". Both seem had their point around mid-seventies. The aim is find in economic theory possible explanations why they coincide, face those changes, business firms gave that answer organisaiton productive activity.
