High-Performance Liquid Chromatographic-Ultraviolet Determination of Primaquine and Its Metabolites in Human Plasma and Urine

摘要: A high-performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the simultaneous determination of primaquine and its metabolites from plasma urine samples obtained after oral administration diphosphate. Following partial deproteinization with acetonitrile, were chromatographed by direct injection onto a cyano column UV detection at 254 nm. Levels as low 100 ng/mL per 20-μL quantitated. Preliminary pharmacokinetic analysis is reported two human volunteers doses 60 mg 90 mg. Two apparent possible urinary are also reported.
