Laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy, hysterectomy, and burch colposuspension: feasibility and short-term complications of 77 procedures.

摘要: OBJECTIVE To report our first cases of laparoscopic sacropexy and assess the feasibility short-term complications. METHODS We retrospectively studied 77 sacral colpopexies performed from June 1996 to May 1998. Suspension was reinforced with 2 strips synthetic mesh. Five patients had previously undergone hysterectomy, 4 others experienced failure surgery for prolapse uterus. RESULTS Laparoscopy in 83 women symptomatic Six required conversion laparotomy because technical difficulties. All remaining underwent that included anterior posterior mesh reinforcement. Subtotal hysterectomy 60 cases, Burch colposuspension 74, levator myorrhaphy via a vaginal approach 55. Operative time decreased 292 180 minutes as experience gained. The main operative complications were 1 rectal bladder injuries. Three reoperations hematoma or hemorrhage. One patient complained chronic inflammation cervix, another rejection 6 months after operation. Mean follow-up 343 days. other reoperation, third-degree cystocele recurrent stress incontinence. CONCLUSION Laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy is feasible. postoperative are related surgeon's but remain comparable those noted laparotomy. Long-term assessment confirm results this procedure.
