Local, Participative Process Modelling - The PICTURE-Approach

摘要: Process modelling is regarded as an important activity within Business Management (BPM) projects. A common procedure has been established that based on a prioritisation, documentation, and analysis of the business processes. However, it can be difficult to apply this when only very little known about organisation presupposes some knowledge process structure. In paper we present local, participative alternative approach. With method PICTURE implementation presented. specific view acquisition in mind compared with workflow patterns van der Aalst et al. [2] order identify similarities differences. Based suggestions for further development are derived.
