摘要: • Although oropharyngeal dysfunction has been reported as a cause of dysphagia in newborns, to our knowledge and neonatal apnea have not associated previously. We studied two infants whom bradycardia developed primarily while feeding. The diagnosis was established by observation the swallowing mechanism using cinefluoroscopy infant ingested dilute barium meal. Thickened formula feedings use special nipple resulted complete cessation bradycardia. Careful attention details that surround episodes is essential so morbidity mortality from treatable causes can be minimized. (Am J Dis Child1981;135:793-794)
