摘要: The green-tide macroalga, Ulva prolifera, was tested in the laboratory to determine its nutrient uptake and photosynthesis under different conditions. In concentration experiments U. prolifera showed a saturated for nitrate but an escalating range phosphorus. Both N/P NO3−/NH4+ ratios influenced significantly (p 0.05) remained unaffected. maximum N rate (33.9 ± 0.8 μmol g−1 DW h−1) P (11.1 4.7) detected at of 7.5 2.2, respectively. preferred NH4+-N NO3−-N when NO3−-N/NH4+-N ratio less than 2.2 < 0.05). But between 12.9, surpassed that NH4+-N. temperature experiments, highest [Y(II)] were observed 20 °C, while lowest rates 5 °C. correlated with increasing temperature.
